In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other servers. If you buy OnDevice Kit, the purchase is handled by Polar. OnDevice Kit itself sends no data anywhere.

2. This website
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit a page, the server automatically records technical data (server log files): IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). STRATO deletes these logs after a short period.
The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this website itself; nothing is loaded from other servers. The “Copy” buttons on code samples use your browser’s clipboard locally.
3. Buying OnDevice Kit
The “Buy” buttons lead to a checkout run by Polar (polar.sh), which sells OnDevice Kit as merchant of record. Polar processes your name, email address, billing address, payment details and tax information to complete the purchase, send the receipt and the download, and meet tax obligations. For this, the Polar privacy policy applies. We receive the information needed to deliver the license and support you: your name, email address, the plan you bought and the order details (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep order records as long as tax and commercial law requires.
4. OnDevice Kit itself
OnDevice Kit is source code that you build into your own apps. It contains no analytics and sends no data to us or anyone else. The only network request it makes is the model download from the URLs you configure. Purchases made through its StoreKit helpers are processed by Apple. If you ship an app with OnDevice Kit, you are the controller for that app and are responsible for its own privacy policy.
5. Contact
If you email us, we only use your message to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live. Just write to info@theyplay.games.
